Topic: NHL Strike

Sounds like there might be an end in sight.

Re: NHL Strike

I think it's technically a lockout, not a strike. Whatever it is I sure hope it's over soon.

All I know is I want it over.

Re: NHL Strike

It's billionaires and millionaires trying to figure out how to split up 3 or 4 billion dollars...lock out? Strike? Who gives a flying duck (with an f). They're both full of sh**. The fans suffer and each side tries to spin it to make it look like the other side's fault. PU...leeeese.

Re: NHL Strike

I think the people that really suffer are the ones who work at or nearby the venues......the parking lot attendents, ticket takers/ scanners, programme vendors, ushers, hostesses, waiters....you get it.

Me? I just want hockey.

Re: NHL Strike

Re: NHL Strike

Good news here in the Bay Area for Sharks fans and Downtown San Jose business owners. Not so good news for the Sharks ECHL affiliate the San Francisco Bulls. They've been drawing near capicity crowds during the strike.
