2 x 12 Studio 7 Guitar Cabinet with Celestion Vintage 30

Has anyone had a chance to try these? Opinions/thoughts?

They are selling direct or through Amazon and on ebay for about $350.  (free shipping and no questions asked returns with them paying shipping and no restock fee.)

At about $200 you can get them with stock speakers made by Studio 7 and at about $150 empty cab.

It looks like they are plywood not mdf and they are wired for 2 x 8 ohm stereo or 4 or 16 ohm mono (if I am reading the specs correctly). 

These seem pretty versatile and good priced (either empty and adding in your own speakers or with the vintage celestions).

I am thinking of getting one to enhance the sound of my Marshall Class 5 (2x12 v celestions would be nicer that the stock 10" in the combo, right?)
