Thanks for info,  Here's and update on the lithograph and the M&G tickets.

The M&G tickets arrived with the Blues Deluxe lithograph on Friday. I'm really bummed. I'm in Taiwan working and won't be home for another weeks and my wife called me and said when she unwrapped the lithograph she found the frame was damaged pretty bad.  It was shipped from Florida and up the east coast the same time that hurricane Sandy hit. UPS was 2 days late delivering it and who knows what it went through last week.

I wrote JB customer service dept and sent them pictures today but I'm just disappointed. I wanted to have this hanging next week when I get home.

I also found out the the 2 M&G tickets have to be used at the same show as the two free show tickets. I purchased Rochester show tickets last April the day they went on sale so it would be a waste to use the M&G for this show. Looks like the M&G will have to wait for another show.

The only bright side is my company has tentative plans to send me to the UK in March for a fairly long stay and Joe has several shows there. It would be really cool to see him at the Royal Albert Hall !

Well I'm back in the USA New York and can't wait to see Joe next Friday in Rochester NY.
Just want to let everyone know that JB customer service is having Michael s replace the damaged frame. I'm really impressed we sent them the Michael s receipt today and they send a refund immediately. Those guys are great. Thanks Alex.  I saw the lithograph briefly and it's beautiful and definitely going on a wall in the living room when we get it back.

J&R run a first class operation. You'll enjoy that litho. I've got a couple hanging and they always bring a nice feeling after a glance. That is what art should do.
