C'mon. Ease up on them so the home fans get the glory. Those hot dog salesmen in the park need some love too. I think Timmy is going to be a bullpen ace. Maybe you can work up a song like we did for Trevor, ya know, Bong, Bong, Bong. lol

I have heard a few fans around here say they would love to see the Giants win here @ home, but that would mean letting  Detroit back into the Series with a couple of wins. Foolish idea imo, keep the pedal to the metal and win it asap!

I'm so nervous, I wish I were playing, I could handle it better roll ....I dont know Dawgy, I have a feeling we got to go up against JV at least one more time....to those Giant fans who want the series to come back home for selfish reasons, that would NOT be a idea Bruce Bochy would want....about the last game, Timmy was throwing cheese, they had him on the gun at 93, NO WAY!!....you watch next year all were going to hear is whether Timmy should be a reliever, makes you wonder though

I went to bed in the 5th last night, I just felt in my bones that the Tigers were never going to score. Unless some unforeseen miracle takes place later this should be all over. Bizarre how the Tigers have completely lost everything they showed against the GD Yankees, and how every bit of luck (quite apart from the brilliant pitching) going has gone the Giant's way.

Since no team has ever come back to win a WS from being 3-0 down, I'm happy to offer early congrats to Dawg, Shreddy and all other Giants fans out there.

congrats JDawg and all of the Giants family. I got to watch very little of it, busy weekend, but did see where Blanco had an RBI triple Sat night. Hail to the NL, enjoy the celebration. We'll start it all up again in Feb.

So happy for you JDawg.  What a great ride they had this year.  To come from behind in the other series was incredible.  It was an incredible playoffs this year, to have both the Giants and the A's.

Heyward had a great year and gold glove awards are a real honor. Headley's breakout surge to the top of his game this year was remarkable. He stated that fielding was an aspect of the game he worked very hard on this year. His career is just taking off and he's now a franchise type player.

Congrats to those two...I also see that the Cubs' Darwin Barney won at 2nd base...the first GG for a Cub in 5 years (Derrick Lee). He had a ridiculous year, tying the record of 141 consecutive games without an error at 2nd base. The Cubs lone bright spot as far as awards go.
