Topic: NAD!

Hey all-

Just got a Reeves Custom 30 yesterday. Totally killer amp. Its got 2x KT66's so its like a nice mixture of a Hiwatt and  JTM45... it's real easy to coax some AC/DC-ish tones. I don't have the means of doing a good recording, unfortunately, but I still want to find another amp to blend with it. It's currently running through a Marshall 4x12 but I'll be getting a Reeve's 2x12 when I can afford it.

Re: NAD!

Great man, hope you enjoy it! I feel that Angus Young's tone is the base for any good guitar tone

Re: NAD!

I agree. I was looking for something that does dirty rock and roll and this is it. But it still does awesome blues by backing up the volume knob. I'm thinking about getting a fender DRRI, modding it to a 2x10 and blending. Two great rock amps combined should be pretty awesome.

Thinking I'll put ev12l's in the cab as the greenbacks in the Marshall cab break up too early
