Re: another new instrumental "hairy legs"

Cool stuff man! Loved the occasional harmony in there, how did you do the drum parts?

Re: another new instrumental "hairy legs"

Great stuff. big_smile

Come on the Blades (sorry Idolbone just had to borrow your line)

Re: another new instrumental "hairy legs"

thanks guys!  i appreciate it.

the drums were put together with a program called "discrete drums".

Re: another new instrumental "hairy legs"

The instrumental element put me in the mood of one of those Wishbone Ash tracks, constantly returning to the underlying riff.....before the next solo.

I guess the harmony parts lent themselves to that impression also. I liked it.

Who needs frikkin' singers anyway?

Re: another new instrumental "hairy legs"

very nice work Mark, it reminds me a little of some Steve Morse stuff solo from the 90's. That is intended as a compliment. I keep thinking that you could put some words to it, let's call Neil Peart. smile

wow!!!!  i am beyond humbled for you to compare that to anything Morse related.  he is a huge influence and i love his work but never have I ever thought i could do anything that sounded even remotely like him.....so I will gladly take the comparison and run with it!!!

plus.......i'm fully on board with peart providing some lyrics as well!!!!  LOL....god that would be awesome!
