Yeah me too. I first ordered it in October (its been a long wait which doesn't seem like ending any time soon!) I actually did as someone else mentioned earlier in the thread and cancelled my first order and reordered it right away because the price had dropped by about $8.

Got an email from amazon.com it might not ship until March 27. Ordered in November.
Looks like I'll be able to buy G n R's Chinese Democracy before I get this TAB book!

Hi All,

Just received another email from Amazon further delaying the book until at least mid- April. I cancelled the order and will just wait and see if it is actually released.

I have never received any reply from Cherry Lane after several emails and Hal Leonard (the distributor for Cherry Lane) seems to know nothing.

No comments from Joe either.

Just thought everyone would like to know. sad

To my understanding print/production was on hold at this time last year and it never got finished.

I looked it up on the german Amazon site - and it  says "September 2007" (release date?!), it will cost around 18 Euro  ... I´ll just preorder it and wait ....

No, a publisher might control distribution.    Maybe the design phase of the deal included other media (digital i.e. CD-Rom or DVD content).   The demand has always been high for Joe's tabs. Sounds like no deal, perhaps.  Likely over rights Joe wishes to retain, but I do not know or have not heard anything... But hey, the high views count, Wow, what an eye opener! The only post I've found so far with more (my research is not complete) is What Song Should Joe Cover  20,000+.....

Yeah that's why I put it up to the top...I did somehow miss it, some slip by me and if not subscribed to the topic, you know, you never know...it's also the beauty of people subscibing to a topic, a practice I recommend to everyone, you may get a question answered a year later...I have one about Duane allman that Angela asked me from the old forum (we are talking 3 or 4 years ago) that I wish I could remember because I think I know the answer now, and I DID want to get back to her on it..I'm so mean!
