Did not see it.  I avoid Starring Spangled Banners and God Bless Armiracles unless it is hockey, especially if the opening involves Oh! Canada! prior or following the former. 

For the official scorecard record, Roseanne Barr is actually, honestly, a pretty decent singer.  Not recording artist caliber, just saying.  That was all bs theatrics back then...

This is San Francisco baby!......we kinda different than most cities, you want to get your mind blown, go to some of the festivities held year round ....when I first started in the Postal Service, I worked in the Mission District (a latin community), but one day in my first week they sent me to the Castro District, which is the hub of the gay area.....there was a gay parade that day, I got goosed 5 times carrying the mail ...I came back from the street and told the boss what happened and I would quit if I was ever sent there again, he just laughed ....let me get back to the topic some what, I hear there is one particular Giant whos picture hangs in many stores in the Castro, and he is NOT gay.....poor guy.....I dont judge people, to each there own, but getting whistled at is extremely uncomfortable.....hey, I'm not putting anyone down, just another Shreddy story (remember years back when I would tell them frequently on the forum?)

The weather is alot of rain today, and it's coming down good in Sacramento right now, we are 2 hours from Giants ballpark, so I hope they get the game in.....the Cardinals are going to fight to the end, they scare me

Well Rick, as you already have heard that was the Val Diamond character from Beach Blanket Babylon, a SF institution in the theater scene here for decades. The woman who performed last night has recently replaced a good friend of mines daughter Stephanie Harwood who performed with BBB for the past 3-4 years. Steph sang the anthem at many Giants games as well as the Nascar race @ Sonoma and other events around the Bay. Check Steph out on youtube, she's got the gift and teaches vocals as well. Did you have the sound off or something? That woman knocked that song outta the park.
