Topic: Hi fellow Joe Bonamassa fans

Or should i say "Gidday from South Australia !" smile

Just a short intro .... to let ya's know that i am here.  A guitarist friend put me onto this forum.  It's great !

Oh i have to tell you that i am sooo looking forward to next month when Joe plays in Adelaide !!! I will be there !!! smile

A bit about me ... I love the Blues ... lol ... Seriously .. been a Stevie Ray Vaughan fan and Eric Clapton, Gary Moore, BB King for as long as i can remember ... which at my age isn't that far back wink lol 

I am a self taught guitarist wannabe .... pick it up and play sort of player ... nothing serious ... although if i use my imagination it is !!! wink Working on a Freddie King tune.. Hideaway at the moment ... Loving it !!!

Of course i am a keen Joe Bonamassa fan ... I hear so much of the guys i mentioned above in his music along with his own unique touch smile  And i love it !!!!

Well today was the day that i met Joe and experienced one of his shows.... I will never be the same again !!!! What a great guy and such a talented guitarist ... entertainer .... Wow !!!!  Will i ever be able to come down from this high ? !!! Only two years to wait til Joe comes back to Adelaide ....

I can only wish we could have seen your face! It only takes one show and you are never the same! It is an unbelievable experience and trust me it gets better everytime! So glad you got to experience it all! Cheers!
