Topic: Pat travers Band European Tour

Pat just started his European tour, did already2 shows in Holland and awesome reviews so far.See www.bluesmagazine.nl For dates see his website.
Catch him if you can, worth every penny. I see the Band tonight in De Boerderij in Zoetermeer and tomorrow in de Bosuil in Weert
Band plays very tied , steaming and bluesrocking.Pat still has his good voice and all the bandmembers are just outstanding. He plays more blues too from his new oustanding  album Blues On Fire.

...i've got some vinyl albums up in the cupboard i'm gonna dig out and ask him to sign,and by hook or by crook i'm going to the Beaverwood gig ...never seen him live but been listening to him for years!!!! ...hope to add some vid' to my set too!? ...looking forward to it very much! wink

Didn't realize he had a new album out.  Love the title.  Thanks for the info, cause I am definitely gonna have to check that out.

I saw the shows in Zoetermeer and in Weert and that were great ones again. .Band was on fire and PT never lets you down. Very enthousiastic crowds too.
You must go when you have the opportunity, worth every penny. PT gave me  his new CD Blues On Fire, I gave him some JB wine, so all settled! The album is a blast. Very good indeed, a must have for sure. Please give it a listen and help PT by buying it.

Totally agree with you Andre.I was with you at  Weert.And the gig was great.Fantastic band.

Listening to "Stevie"  from the live red vinyl album "Go for what you know". The album has the classic line up of Pat Thrall, Mars Cowling & Tommy Aldridge and when I first saw him at the famous Glasgow Apollo.

...got all three of my 35 year old album's signed and had a great night,one of he most enjoyable gigs i've ever been too!

...some Red House.hanging a bit to close to the monitors at the start but it still worth a watch imo!

Cheers for that Pate, you were reliving your youth just like many of us. He certainly is a class act. I'm guessing..........was your 3 albums PT, Makin Magic and Putting it Straight by any chance?
