I don't think Nevada music have any, not the Gibson Custom shop one's anyway. You can see that they're on order and are waiting for a delivery date, which means that they've probably sold out. I haven't seen a Custom shop model in a store since they first came out.
However, there are a few Gibson JB Studio's around and a couple of Epiphone's. Macaris in London currently have 2 studios and an Epiphone in store. I can't speak for the US however.
There was a aged JBLP (#42) on ebay yesterday. It sold very quickly for $4100.
Looks like it might still be available for $3800 at Garrett Park Guitars:

Although, it does say 'Out of Stock' at the top of the page.

Actually ebay listing shows as Ended (i.e. guitar was not sold) but seem like one way or the other this guitar is no longer available.

Right, I got an email from them saying it was sold. Just assumed it was ebay. (You know what they say about assume ) Either way it went quick. I didn't even see the listing on ebay. Thanks, Jim
AH! Sold on Ebay.
That makes sense now.
Wildwood has several JB Goldtop Custom Shop gloss available in the current run. Nice guitars.
One just popped up for 5K on Craigslist in Texas.
