Sorry I know some of you are boycotting the wild wood guitars right now but now you got an excuse to look at whats new. Warren and Slash are not they only ones with a 12 les paul now.
This is one of my ultimate guitars. Warren's sounds amazing.
This is another one of those "only two ever made" though - Warren had one and this guy had the other?

This might differ in run now that it's not the '59 custom shop?
I thought Slash might have had a copy? Most people think his number1 was made by Gibson.

Would love one but I don't have the dosh to spare at the moment, and my dad has already reserved for one of those new Robot Les Paul Studio Limited at my local guitar store.
I don't have that kind of money to spend on a single instrument. I used to but with 3 small kids and a single income I'm having to be the voice of reason to myself for the last few years... I hate being the voice of reason!

That's a REALLY INTERESTING guitar!
And, honestly, the price isn't that bad compared to a regular 6-string Traditional.
I'm just trying to justify in my head when I would use a 12-string LP instead of a 12-string acoustic?

I guess I'm the only one here who doesn't care for this guitar?! Not my cup of tea. Only 12 banger I like is the double neck SG.

My Ovation has a 12 string neck but what I've always wanted was a MusicMan Double neck so I could play 'The Battle For Hadrians Wall' like Joe does.
The LP Traditional is a beautiful guitar but is limited being 12 string and one neck. If Gibson Custom came out with a double neck LP like the one Don Felder used to play, then that would spark a lot of interest.
The funny thing is that the only picture I can find of it is on the cover of the Licklibrary DVD.

Indeed, it was before they made weight-relieved bodies.
Wildwood said the gold top is about 11 pounds. The Black one is about 10 pounds, and the Burst was 9.5 pounds. They have it listed in the summary for each individual guitar.

You'll have to refer to the Joe bonamassa Gloss top les pauls topic I started. Joe knew nothing about them and people with a Custom Shop Bonamassa aged gold top were talking about boycotting Gibson for the distrespect they have given Joe and his children (the guitars)
