Topic: Hi Fellow/Gal? Joe Fans

Been a blues fan for too many years. Didn't start playing till I was older than Joe was when he played with B.B. for the first time.;0 Anyhow, I've got a couple cool guitars and and Love his music!

The 'BonaBird' was the main reason I had to join and post. I'd never seen anything like it and was relieved to find that it was custom ordered. From my username it's probably pretty easy to figure out why. I know Firebirds were never that popular, but Pauls are way too heavy for some of us with back trouble!!! The Bird's even lighter than my Strat.;)

Rock On Joe!!! Looking forward to seeing you in Youngstown

Hi Bird Girl and welcome to our forum!

Since this is pretty much an introductory post, I'm going to move it to Introductions and invite you to make another post about your guitars in the Gear section, where you will find a whole bunch of very receptive and like-minded gear heads. smile

Hi P. It's finally cooling off a bit on this side of the pond. My ancestors came from somewhere over there? I think they were kilt-wearers though.;0

Re: Hi Fellow/Gal? Joe Fans

Welcome, I am fairly new here too.   I don't play guitar but my son does.  He has 8 so far. He likes fender for some reason.  I of course would love to buy him a BonaBird.   I wish I could play.  Enjoy all the great info.  I have lurked here for several weeks.  There is so much info. These guys and gals on here are so nice and of course share their love and  support for Joe.

Re: Hi Fellow/Gal? Joe Fans

Hello birdgirl and a hearty welcome.  Always cool to have another guitar player join in the Joe fun.

I will also be going to Youngstown next month, driving up from Pittsburgh.  Wanna see if we can round up a few folks and meet up?
