I know the title of the post is an opinion, and my guitar isn't a $30k 59 Les Paul, but this guitar is sweet ! I'd mainly been a strat player all my life, so when I found this guitar, I wasn't sure till I played it. Then I was convinced ! This is the first guitar I've ever had in my life that every string on every fret.. is in tune! Every single one !  My ears are loving it !

Add a 0 to your 59 Burst cost estimate.  smile

If it was 50 years old I'm sure Joe would love it!

Washburn! That's interesting... sort of a weird shape. I played some similar guitars and enjoyed them in a store. But I personally am trying to get out of the 'latest and greatest' game.

I hope this guitar pleases your senses forever! You'll be happier and have more money for other stuff instead of chasing new guitars big_smile Let me know when the honeymoon is over! Those that stand the test of time are the best. This one looks like it has that potential. Enjoy!

Ask me about my handwound Great Lakes Guitar Pickups
Since 2010, Bonamassa fans have taken advantage of my JB friend discount = my cost + shipping. cool

Very cool - congrats!  Just classic enough, just unique enough.

No one guitar will ever please my senses forever because each one is different in its own way, how it plays to how it sounds. It's a tool of expression. It takes different tools for some jobs, as no "one" tool can ever get every job done. I don't care what brand name is on a guitar, because a real instrument speaks for itself when you play it. There will always be a difference in mass production guitars and hand crafted custom guitars. This is the second professionally hand crafted guitar I've been able to buy in about 20 years, so there was more of a crawl than a chase. I wasn't even looking to buy a guitar when I found it. Besides, I was just trying to share it, not show it off. smile
