Seagull???

Hopin' that makes the setlist of the longer shows. Palm Trees, Helicopters, & Guns??????? One of my favorite acoustic numbers, but I'm sure it's still Gasoline.

Wouldn't you know it would be WUD. Waitin' to wrap my ears around the others and see what's on the extended lists. Been waiting years for this, guess I can wait a bit longer. Good things come to those who wait!

Re: Montreux Acoustic Project

Many thanks  for the playlist of Montreux! I read somewhere that Joe will be playing 10 different guitars in 19 songs. Maybe that the 75 minutes time at the Jazz Festval caused a special reduction. I hope and bet that Joe will be playing more than that in Vienna and Mainz. Richmond and Seagull are my personal favourites! I'm looking forward to next Saturday: July,7th in Mainz. 4th or 5th row, the eventim tickets. The  are in the cupboard upstairs. Only 6 days!!!!!! Feeling like a child before getting the Christmas presents

Re: Montreux Acoustic Project

Saw Joe last night at Montreux! Wow, what an amazing set list! Hearing jelly roll baker, jockey full of bourbon and black lung heartache was just incredible! So cool to hear songs he never usually does live. So worth every penny (Swiss franc) and the extra high water everywhere was an amazing end to an incredible show!

Re: Montreux Acoustic Project

Anyone know what happened to the videos? I tried a search also, but no luck.

JBLP (aged) 293, JBLP STD, JB ES-335, JBLP Studio, JBLP Goldtop Epi, JBLP Inverness Green Epi.

Sadly taken down. sad It was Woke Up Dreaming in several parts. The Montreaux admin must have asked for removal since they have exclusive rights. Let's hope the next venue is more lenient.

Re: Montreux Acoustic Project

Hello, I was in toulouse yesterday for the acoustic project, and I can tell you, it was a magic show, really ! The set list was the same like at montreux. The band with joe, make a really good job, the version of "slow train" is fabulous with violin and percussions. All the show was incredible.
Bu,t The acoustic "sloe gin" with joe alone, was very fantastic !!!
Big standing ovation, I think joe was very happy, by the succès of this project.
I've seen Joe first time in 2008 in toulouse, and  I hope see joe again in 2013 at Paris.
Thank you mister Bonamassa for the pleasure, I'm waiting for the acoustic project in dvd.
Sorry, my english is very poor, so I can't explain to you all my feeling after the show.

Nothing to be sorry about, I understood you just fine.  Glad you enjoyed the show!  And many of us have a hard time expressing ourselves after seeing Joe live...   wink

Be sure to drop by the "Introductions" forum and tell us a little about yourself...

Thanks Rick, that one slipped through the cracks apparently. Is Arlan the same Arlan Libby knows? Looks like the same guy from some of her FB pics.
