Just swapped my Line 6 Spider Valve head for an Ovation Elite 2778 ax and a Hagstrom Viking... pretty awesome deal if you ask me!!!

I think you'll get a lot more use out of these instruments then that old line sucks. Enjoy your trade and post pictures when you get them.

don't know much about the Hagstrom, but the Ovation is delicious. You going to get the OP-Pro equalizer unit? Looks like it would be a plus. Scroll down to the bottom of the page.

I don't like the curved back on the Ovations they always slide up to where it feels like I'm playing a lapsteel 
they do sound good though!

They've made a change on this model where they've made it so it will comfortably rest on your knee (no longer a 'full bowl' shape)
