Looks like a Firebird type.

Looks to be a non reverse Firebird. Gibson are making Studio versions of this guitar now.

I've seen builders at MLP Luthiers corner do laminated designs like that, and the headstock on the other guitar looks familiar from MLP as well.

If I'm not mistaken, the photo is from the Heritage factory. The hollow body is for sure a Heritage

You're good!  It's a Heritage 357 (firebird).  They only make a few a year from what I understand.  Thought it was neat to see tied off to a guitar stand next to a pile of lumber.....

FYI - Premier Guitar magazine had a real nice feature article on the Heritage Guitar Company in the June issue.  If you like gear, it's was a real nice read.
