Maybe it's just my bad eyes, but it looks like that one might have had some sort of Bigsby attached and later removed, no?

Must have been a Bigsby where you can see the more original colour...it's the right shape patch especially in the photo of it being played.

I guess you can always get a vintage Bigsby -correct year- and have it reinstalled.....come on mega millions....:)

Could have been a goldtop with a Bigsby... sanded and refinished as a burst too. We have no idea.

That's a burst that had a Bigsby at one time. I'm not a huge fan of the "beard".

When I first saw the price I thought bargain, lets raid the piggy bank.

Then I remembered that's just because they usually go for a lot more and I'd still have to let go of some vital organs and family members to afford it sad

Despite the bigsby shadow I love that colour. "Bargain" so to speak of a players guitar that'll make for someone.

Love it, but then you look down the page and see that for the same money you could get quite a few other vintage guitars...

Any recognise the previous celebrity owner?

He's the guitarist from Buck Cherry.  They do that song that was famous 2 or 3 years ago Crazy witch with a b.

I played her and she's so very nice!! Sweet sweet tone. I couldn't help myself so I dropped down a wad of cash for the deposit. She's mine!!! MINE I SAY!!

It could mean any number of things are not original or stock on it. The big bucks are the ones that are a) in great condition for their age and/or b) 100% original parts.
