Topic: Hello from sunny Bath, England

So hi,

I'm a fairly recent fan of JB, but he's quickly become one of my top 3 artists and Driving Towards The Daylight has just displaced Dust Bowl as my go-to driving CD...

I'm 30, live in Bath in England, but originally hail from Leeds in Yorkshire.

I've been playing for about 14-15 years and have drifted through many different styles, but I think it's fair to say that blues/rock has been there throughout.

Gearwise I've owned far too many guitars to remember over the years, I'm constantly changing guitar looking for "the one", there are some I wish I hadn't let get away - especially the 2 real Gibson Les Pauls I've owned. One was a limited edition metallic copper studio that I bought new at the time, the other was a 90's Les Paul Custom in a limited edition Translucent White finish - best guitar I ever owned (and sold)... At the moment my main guitar is a Tele I built myself using parts from B.Hefner, Fender and Bareknuckle pickups and I'm currently part-way through building a Strat to go with it. I also have a Guild GAD acoustic and am about to acquire an original USA Fender Blues Deville 4x10 amp.

Oh and I've just got tickets to see Joe in London next year!!

Guitars: Fender American Original 60s Strat, Fender American Vintage 52 Tele, Gibson Les Paul Traditional
FX: Various including - Ceriatone Centura, Fire Custom Shop Carpe Diem
Amp: Fender ML212 Deville + 212 extention cabinet

Hi Adrian and welcome! When we traveled to the UK back in 2009 for Joe's RAH gig we spent our first three nights in Bath. What a beautiful city! Would love to visit again someday.

Roger that!  What sort of finish does it have?  Love the way the woodgrain pops...
