He's actually performing songs from the new album?

I've listened to the album, and I really think it's right up there with John Henry as the Twin Peaks of the Bonamassa career! I wish he played quite a few songs off the album in his live set, if not all.
Come on Joe, get rehearsing, you have exactly 48 hours to show time. ;-)

He currently plays three songs from DTTD: Who's Been Talking, Dislocated Boy, and Driving Towards The Daylight, the title track. I'd personally like to see Somewhere Trouble Don't Go live.. that's one of my favorites off of the album.

The 3 songs Joe played in Hartford fit in very nicely into his set spread them out. Discolated Boy and the title track (an encore song) were supurb. I think many in the crowd (not familar with Joe's music) most likely did not know new songs from old ones other then maybe the bonavirgins figured out the crowd reaction was "wild" on his oldie but goodies. Joe's vocals have improved soooo much in recent yrs. He finds that perfect mix between vocals and his blistering solos. Purchased the CD at the show and listened to it on the way home - it is a winner for sure! Providence - get ready for a memorable evening!
CANT WAIT!!! A little more than 24 hours to showtime and its all I can think about!!!
Tomorrow is going to be an amazing day....Can't wait for the show and I can't wait to meet the man himself....
Rock Out Roll On!!!!

Letterman tonight , Providence tomorrow, life is good!
Any guesses for the show opener?
Any guesses for the show opener?
Here's how I think Joe should open his shows starting tomorrow:
People get to their seats
The lights go off
Darkness and silence for 15 seconds
The Howlin' Wolf sample from Who's Been Talkin' comes on (It's still dark)
LIGHTS GO ON, SOUND COMES ON, JOE & THE BAND LET ALL HELL LOOSE AND BRING THE HOUSE DOWN
I'm the causin' of it all
I'm the causin' of it all
I'm the causin' of it all
(May I just add one thing, paint a picture of myself for all you meet & greeters: it's a GREEN picture. Envy Green to be exact. Couldn't get on the list myself. Asked nicely, but no more space I was told. Should I be hanging around Biltmore's lobby all day tomorrow, do some guerilla meeting & greeting on my own? ;-)
I'm going to try and find the bus before or after the show....if I'm lucky I might meet him
Do you guys know if PPAC's got Orchestra Pit seats for this show or not? I'm wondering where I should pick my jaw up from, first row behind the orchestra pit or the first row proper. (Orch R/C - Row C)

standing just outside the bonacruiser, no idea if joe's already in the building or not. and it's raining too. somebody get me on the list already. ;-)
edit: just had a word with Carmine as he went into the bus. could Joe be next?
edit2: meet & greeters are coming out too? or that's what I assumed.
I'm jealous of how early you are able to head down and hang out!
I'll be getting out of work in 10 minutes, then a quick dinner and I will be heading down to the show. This is the first time I'll be able to see Joe live and I can't tell you how excited I am. I mean, watching Joe's Concerts on my big screen is great and all... but I'm ready for the REAL thing!

there's nothing to be jealous about yet, I'm here standing in the on again off again rain and I don't know if I'm going to get lucky or not.
You're going to be floored tonight! Amazing show it's going to be, I can feel it.
