If you translate the page the price in Krona just changes to pounds. This can't be right.

Come on the Blades (sorry Idolbone just had to borrow your line)

Re: JB 233 for sale in Denmark

If you use one of the popular online currency converters (I like this one:  http://www.xe.com/ucc/), it is pretty easy to find out what you want to know.  In this case, the price in US dollars would be a little over $5,200...

That seems fairly pricey but I believe they carry a premium in Europe just due to additional rarity.  It can be difficult to judge the value sometimes - plus the more in demand Joe becomes the more people that are going to want his signature guitars.

In the end I hope the new owner will be very happy.

Re: JB 233 for sale in Denmark

I paid in dollars 4300 in Norway for mine jblp. This guitar is for sale in Norway too for 30000 norwegian kroner.New in store when it was sold here in Norway was 6300 dollars.
The price on new guitars in Norway is totally insane, but as you say conorb.......The price will raise with joe`s popularity

You cant compare Jimmy Page with God. I mean he's cool and all, but he's no Jimmy Page!!

Re: JB 233 for sale in Denmark

The original JBLP's of 300 according to a recent issue of the electric guitar blue book, rates the value of these at $4600 USD. There is no difference in value of aged vs glossy according to this book.

edit: also no mention is made of the candy apple blue JBLP's. Perhaps the future issue will better define the differences in the JBLP model.

Any reference to the Bonabursts in either Plain or Flamey tops?  While the flame tops are still "new," the plaintop version has been out for a while now so I'm just wondering.

Not necessarily. For me it's only a reference point. The old adage of supply and demand always applies. It's only worth what someone is willing to pay. That could be much more, or it could be less.
