Topic: Hi from Pittsburgh.

New to forum. Saw Joe at a blues concert in Ligonier Pa. headlined by B.B. King. Lot's of acts but Joe was fantastic. Became an immediate fan. Fan of SRV, Clapton, Roy Buchanon, Satriani, Aynsley Lister etc. Joe is by far my favorite. Going to his show in Pittsburgh on 5-12. Like a kid on xmas eve. Can't wait!

welcome to the forum Schmedley, good to have you join forces. About what year was that concert with BB? I hope, no I know you will go bonkers over the band, have a great time and go meet the man at the bus if you can. Hang around and post away as you like.

I believe it was 2005. I know it was Kings birthday or anniversary tour. Have seen Joe at a small venue in Greensburg, Pa. also ( about 1200 seats ). He walked away from the mike and sang because the acoustics were so good. Very cool.

Yep it was BB Birthday tour I was there as well......seems like yesterday...See you at the Benedum tonight !!!!

Welcome and hello from another newbie from Pittsburgh.  You'll enjoy the Forum.  I'm getting more comfortable finding my way around.  Was also at the Benedum for Joe in May.  Tremendous show.  We should get all the Pittsburgh fans together one of these days!   Your house?!?
