Topic: More, Give me More:-)

Just to note to say how much my husband and myself enjoy Joe's music.  We first heard him on PBS when they aired "Live at Royal Albert Hall."  Since then I have purchase 4 cd's, which remain in a regular rotation in my cd..etc.  We were really lucky to get tickets to his only Texas concert.   Next year, hopefully, He will be able to get to Texas more than once.....we really do love live music, and especially the blues, here in the Lone Star State.  Austin has some venues that I think he could sell outl...like in 20 minutes.

I really enjoyed the "Live at Beacon Theatre" telecast, especially his song "Midnight Blues"(love, love, love).  I look forward to his cd that will inclued this amazing song.

Yeah, let me echo everybody's welcome here. Lots to enjoy and comment on in this forum.

Just on your point above. If it the song I'm thinking of then 'Midnight Blues' is Joe's cover and tribute to the late and very great Gary Moore. I guess it's not inconceivable he might studio record it himself, but it would be hard to top Gary's original methinks. He does a very nice version though and it was and is a very fine tribute to a guitarist Joe very much admired.
