Topic: Im not getting on with my Musicman :(

So after having bought a Musicman Silhouette  Special HSS with Piezo a couple of years ago I'm slowly falling out with it...

I bought a Bonamassa Studio late last year and the sustain and fat neck are lovely and although its a totally different guitar it makes the musicman seem a bit flat and sterile.

So im unsure what to do as I still need a Strat guitar for certain things but should i go out and try a load of stratocaster's with fatter necks and possibly better sustain and sell the Musicman...

It cost me £1950 so could sell and get a decent 2nd hand Strat I'm guessing for that but the Piezo is a nice feature as well as noise cancelation circuitry which I'm guessing i wouldn't get on a standard Fender Strat...

Thoughts?

Not if you go with any of the standard models.  You could find a special run Fender deluxe of some kind MIM very cheap with noiseless pickups or go for the american deluxe model

The better thing for me personaly ! is my fender with "EMG 81" and "EMG 85" connected in serie with two batteries = 18Volts
this guitar screams ! screams !!! lol !!!why you don't try to buy a fender with EMG's pupssss!!!

Of course I have Les paul's also but speaks to me difrent !!!

You could put some kind of piezo system on your strat.
