Topic: New cover suggestions

Im a new Fan of Joe Bonamassa . When I saw the Royal Albert Hall DVD I was hooked. I saw Joe in Chicago (sold out ) , then in Louisville last year (2011) . I have my tickets for May 8th in Springfield Illinois this year. This man is off the hook . Im sure everyone has a cover they would like Joe to do , but here is mine. I hope I have the name right . Its a Bob Seiger song called LOVE TO WATCH HER STRUT . This song I believe is custom made for jOE . Great guitar solos and driving melody. What does everyone think? How can I suggest it to Joe?  Like he needs my suggestions. LOL

Re: New cover suggestions

Hi flatsman, welcome. Like the track, don't quite know if it's Joe's style but each to his own. Personally I would like covers of some of the older Free songs such as 'Be my Friend', now that would be a great cover.Sorry but this is a live, audio only version but Kossoff was a master and greatly missed, Rodgers vocal also awesome. Joe could do both.

How about the Stealer. Out of sinc film butKossoff wow

Or this Moonshine live but audio again. Kossoff hell yeah

You may have guessed a massive Free fan, six times live, best before Joe!!!!!!!!

Come on the Blades (sorry Idolbone just had to borrow your line)

Re: New cover suggestions

Not sure about Be My Friend, Peter because its such an iconic song. Stealer would be ideal, with the extended Koss solo at the end, of course.

Don't you hear an upbeat version of this at the back of 'song of yesterday' or is it just my old age creeping in? Moonshine is too slow but Koss is so awesome I just had to add it!

There is always this from Koss' last known live concert. Hell drugs shouldn't be allowed to stop such awesome talent. Common mortal man,
