Topic: Brighton, March 23

Some pics I took at last night's show.

They're not very sharp, but to be fair it was only my wife's cheap pocket camera.

Great show by the way.

Excellent pictures. Thank you very much for posting them.

Re: Brighton, March 23

thanks Mad Jock, nice pics. You must have been pretty near me.

The show was superb. The sound, lighting and of course the playing were all first class. Here's some pics I took from Row B

A few of the great people I shared the evening with:

And the man himself. I particularly like the ones of Joe and Carmine battling it out:

Roll on Bournemouth next Friday!

Re: Brighton, March 23

Nice shots. So cool to see a bunch of buds revelling in the experience of a gig. So much more than the music when the joy is shared with kindred souls. Keepem coming.

Thank you David - everyone certainly had the Joe-glow going on.  Awesome pictures.

Great photos Mad Jock and Curryman!!

Re: Brighton, March 23

Nice pics Jock and David. I agree with you about the duel with Joe and Carmine, David. Your pics of this are much better than mine, which I might get up on flickr one day. roll

Re: Brighton, March 23

Well, better late than never. Having waited so long I hope they aren't too much of an anti-climax. Some of them are reasonable and were taken on standard, b/w and Fuji's Velvia setting. You'll guess the latter as Joe's cheeks are like rosy apples. big_smile

The lighting wasn't as good as on the 2010 tour, so if you are able to adjust the brightness on your screen without too much trouble it may be worthwhile.

These pics are of just Joe and the band. I do have some shots of our BonaBuddies which are on fb, but may be persuaded to add them to flickr if you want to see them there. What do you think, Sandy? Do you think Pete deserves any more exposure? big_smile

Re: Brighton, March 23

When I first started going thru these I thought you had "borrowed"  a few of my pictures!  These are really good (rosie cheeks and all).  My two favorites:

Love the avatar!  Glad to see Joe wore my favorite suit (for photographic purposes) on my birthday.

And this Sandy thinks you should post the bonabuddies pics - we can just choose not to look at Pete if he was looking too happy.

Really nice pics, Wooders!  Sandra's faves are a couple of my faves, as well!  Love them all, really!

And Mad Jock, you did really well with the pocket Canon!

Fun shots, guys!!

Oh yeah Phil, I think Pete deserves all the exposure he can get ... he's a man of many talents!  I'm sure you'll give Pete the final vote anyway.   Oh and Sandy (other Sandy), he was only looking happy in one photo, not enough to ruin his image! ;-)

Great avatar and coinky dinky Phil!
