Why do they still make the 490 pickups?  Not too many like them and the people who do are like my friend who refuses to change his original guitar out for something better!@

I actually bought my 2008 Studio WR, with the intention of changing the hardware to cream. When I did, I eventually ended up with a mix with amber top hats, black hardware, aged nickel metals, reminiscent of Joe's hardware design on his signature GT's.

Its good to see that they offer the WR with Cream now, although the black hardware did have its own appeal.
