Epiphone JB

WOW!!  This thing amazes me every day!  I grow to love this guitar more and more.  And, it is quickly becoming my number 1 guitar of choice.

Example:  I play lead guitar in my Worship Band at Church. I don't use an amp, so I use a digitech RP150 with 2 different settings.  1 is a Twin Reverb and 2 is a Marshall Plexi.  I use #1 for basic rhythm and number 2 setting when I want a crunchy sound for some lead or other stuff.  There is a Tube Screamer hooked up in the chain as well.

I found today while practicing with the Twin setting and the Tube Screamer that I can have the Tube Screamer on and adjust the volume knob to get some great cleans and roll it up to get some great lead tones.  The volume & tone pots on this guitar are unlike any that I have ever had!!  They are so responsive. 

Now, this is the Epi model, so I assume that the Gibson version is just as good, if not better.  But, on the budget that I am this is the BEST guitar hands down that I have!  I have another Epi Les Paul and 3 Strats.  Now, I love my strats as well.  But, the JB is becoming the one that I CAN'T PUT DOWN!!
