Topic: Clearsonic Baffle
Considering making or buying a Clearsonic style baffle, any thoughts? Anybody out there experiencing the benefits of a baffle? Which would be cheaper; to make or to buy?

Hey Stefan - I tried making one from 3mm perspex (measured amp and bought two equal sized panels) and some tough clear tape which I stuck the two panels together to form a hinge (both sides). Worked pretty well and cost me about £30 - pretty cheap! Definately worth trying a cheap homemade version first to see if you like the tonal difference IMHO. Dave.

For sure Dave, definitely considering giving it a go on the cheap!!! Cheers mate

I use one and like what it does, i got the shorter version, the Clearsonic A2-4 i think, i forget the cost, i think around 150 USD shipped so not cheap but not crazy.

I made one myself last week, Stefan...I think it looks pretty good.
Makes a colossal sonic difference.
Get one or make one either way...

We made our own and would not gig with one. Need one for our drummer too but then it gets pricey.
