Topic: Famous Monday Oxford Blues - in trouble. A plea

Heard from a friend that times are dire for this Blues Club and after almost losing one of my local clubs, thought it right to give the guys a shout and try to muster some support.

Oxford is well out my usual gigging area, but digging around a bit, I was amazed to learn that this club has been running 27 years!! That's an institution!!! No wonder Hamilton Loomis' Live in England album was part recorded there.

Check the website, www.famousmondayblues.co. there are some tasty gigs coming up: Mitch Laddie (tonight), Aynsley Lister (9th April), Bily Walton (16th April), Buddy Whittington (23rd April).

So if you get chance, even for one gig, get along and give they guys a boost.
