Oh! Floyd's album sales of - Dark Side of the Moon - has been overtaken by Adele's 21, in the UK's all time best selling albums of all time. Some going!

but i think nobody will talk about adele in 40 years anymore and this is just a hype-album, dark side of the moon is a classic for centuries.
me too, i like her voice......................but sorry, floyd is really something else.

As someone who witnessed Pink Floyd play the whole album, from start to finish some 40 years ago - i would agree with you Thomas.
Still, Adele's 21, is still selling like hot cakes, one sold somewhere every 7 seconds. Kinda makes me think, how many will Adele sell in 40 years time?
but i think nobody will talk about adele in 40 years anymore and this is just a hype-album, dark side of the moon is a classic for centuries.

The subject matter of the Floyd album is so heavy and important, that it'll never go away. This is an album they should include in education.

I've also heard that Adele's record doesn't sync up well with the Wizard of Oz...
