Topic: NAD Dsl 50 and 2x12 cab

Found out a neighbor of mine was selling some gear to pick up a home security system for his house. I asked what he was selling and he mentioned this rig was sitting unused in his studio. I bought it about 15 minutes later!

Being a big BCC fan I am very happy to have this amp now, though my hands may not be up to par with Joe's, my sound comes pretty close.

Here is a shot of my jam corner here in my humble home studio.

Nice rig, Gotta love the coily cable. Reminds me of Hendrix at Woodstock. Is that Fuzz Face vintage or a reissue?

Thanks guys, I'm really enjoying the amp so far. As for the neighbors... I'm sure they like it more then my silverface twin. It does sound fantastic at quiet levels, too! It really takes the LP and Strat well and can get pretty classic tones from the DSL. Though nothing makes this amp sing like my B3...

The fuzz face is a reissue, and sounds pretty good in the mix. I'm new to playing with fuzz pedals so I'm having a blast trying to learn how to tame this bad boy, and to get it to do what I tell it to haha.

I have the 100watt version and I never play on the red channel but one time I ran my Strat (with Dimarzio YJM pickups) straight into the head using the red channel..sounded killer! Great amps all around, especially for their price. Nice score! -S
