Hi folks,

Has anyone ordered the JB Jazz picks? 

Can you expect an e-mail acknowledgement of the order?

It's been a few days now since my wife ordered the case / pack and we haven't had anything to say they are ordered at all so I am just wondering if this is normal.

You should have received an email confirmation, subject something like "Joe Bonamassa Store: Your Order - 10...".  Check spam folder first.  Check your creditcard to make sure the transaction actually happened.  If so, send email to  webmaster@jbonamassa.com with your issue.

Thanks Jim - will do. Definately paid for by Paypal I think.

Maybe Joe could bring them to the Brighton gig!

Don't know what had hapened but now had a confirmation from Alex they are on their way.
