Topic: Biyang Pedal Power

For all you guitarists posting on here, I thought I would share info on a PSU product I've just added to my pedalboard after my last one (Soundlab) dropped out playing live a week ago.  It's the Biyang Pedal Power unit and I've got to say that at £54.99 it seems to be excellent value for money, it's built like the proverbial tank but it looks pretty sweet too.  With two seperate 1A outputs this thing should handle anything thrown at it really.  I've used it once live so far and it did the job.

I know...I know - it's Chinese - but these seem to be the real deal.  It's too early yet to vouch for reliability, so I was wondering if anyone else had any experience using them?

PS: I have nothing to do with Biyang or any retail outlet selling these units - I'm just a guitarist with a price discerning wallet!

Dave - how long have you been using the gear and has that been live?

Cheers - David

I'm going to pass.
As I am getting a GigRig Generator. I know that is the real pro deal.

Good luck with it!

I've had the new Baby Boomer series ones for around a year or so and they've had occasional use out of the house for practice and jam nights with small rig ..I previously had the old silver version of the tube screamer and used that live for over a year
