Topic: Joe on Sitar for the next album?

In that famous 'gear shot' of Joe standing in front of his immense collection a couple of years ago, I notice that in the far left, there looks to be a Sitar in there too.

Is it just me, or would anyone else like to hear Joe ripping on a Sitar someday?  Perhaps on his upcoming acoustic album?  After all, didn't Joe quickly learn to play the bouzouki or another traditional Greek instrument for a song on the 'Black Rock' album? lol

Re: Joe on Sitar for the next album?

Hmm.  Not exactly my cup of tea.  Which may explain why Black Rock never fully warmed on me.  The songs are great, but the alternative instruments are still holing me back 2 years later.  (shrugs)

I heard Joe bought that in India when he played there. I doubt he will play it. A very difficult instrument to master and totally unlike any kind of guitar.
