Topic: Trickwinkle

This is what the youngsters in my hometown do in their spare time.  Wastrels all of 'em.  The long-haired kid is Preston Mattingly and that's his dad, the Los Angeles Dodgers coach and former Yankee, Don Mattingly at the start of the clip.  Hope you guys enjoy it - my Niece at Indiana University sent me this.

Fun!  The equivalent of Golf's hole-in-one.  What you don't see of course, is the hours, days, months it takes to pull off these shots.

How about 5 minutes and 40 seconds Brack? from Birmingham,AL's own Vulcan tower, the king of the long shots. I'm scared of heights, did pretty good to watch it that long.

Good one Curby! I've got to say, the left-hander throwing the football has one hell of an arm on him!

Yeah, not bad Tres! I would have liked a two camera shot, ie, one on the ground with zoom.
Q) how did they manage to return the balls back up the tower - was there a lift ?
Q) Was this attempt accepted into the Guinness Book of Records?

didn't mean to hijack Scott's topic, but yes they had an elevator you can see partially right behind the camera guy. I don't think it's made it into the records yet.
