ooh I am very interested to learn about that, or even just see pictures of the picks

I have at least one of the purple Buddha picks kickin' around here somewhere as well as a couple of Jazz III's in black and 2 different sizes that Joe gave me the day we discussed me workin' my pal Jimmy Dunlop to get his name on them. Joe emphatically told me, "I want the little one in red." Back then he'd play with the closest thing they could find @ the nearest Guitar Center or local shop on the road according to his former tech Dave. So years ago if you got a pick from JB it could 've been something unique from his standard one. The day the first batch were done Jimmy passed them onto me after we bumped into each other shoppin' @ Safeway one evening. We went out to his van to get them and he forgot he'd opened the bag and they went all over the floor and under the seats. We gathered up as many as we could find and they went in the mail. The van got traded in for a new one eventually and someone probably discovered some JB picks after they bought the used rig.

Re: Joe Bonamassa guitar picks on ebay

You should have no problem meeting Joe.  He is an awesome, humble guy that REALLY gives back to his fans!!!  I think that's why he's my favorite guitar player, musician.  I first met him waiting after a concert in Indy.  He really does take time to meet and talk with his fans.  I got a guitar pick (used on stage) also from him that night and its in a picture frame with my picture with him and his autograph.

If you are willing to wait after a concert for a while, he will come out and see everyone.  I've stayed after a concert twice and have had the pleasure to meet and talk to him both times.  As I am sure anyone on this site can attest, Joe is one of the most humble, down to earth, greatest guy you will meet.

Joe, if you are reading this:  Thank you for all the music you have created and will create!!  Also, thank you for being a great human being!  Keep continuing to rock out and deliver knock out shows everywhere you go!!

Hi all, I am new on this Forum. I have a Pick from Joe Bonamassa when he played here in South Germany back several years. He signed it with a "dot" .... How can you sign more on a pick? Iplayed my guitar quite sometime with his pick and the sound is great with that pick. So now I would like to have more of these to play them with my Rockband.
Does anyone know where I can buy his picks - they were: Fender Blues Deluxe, with jbonamassa.com on them?
Kind regards, Uwe

The pick you describe were his first customized picks from around 2004 or so. I don't think he actually played using them but were more for promotional giveaways at the shows. Those are no longer in production but might show up on ebay.

I still have and treasure a well worn jazzIII from many moons ago that Joe gave me and I had him sign his JB on it much to his dismay !!!!! I lives in my Joe archives, well worn and played like a champ !!
