Topic: New Amp Day

After a very long search, with many emails and conversations over the past 6+ months, I was able to obtain this Jubilee early this morning. This is the cleanest Black 88 I have ever come across next to Joe's Black 88. I believe it was kept stored away the majority of it's life, used very, very little. It will need to be properly broken in with a new set of tubes and re-biased soon.

Yes it still had the original hang tags on it!

Congrats Andy, beautiful looking, nice score!  All that persistance paid off.  I'm sure it's gonna sound great once you get some new tubes in there.  Enjoy!

Sometimes. But for some strange reason over the past 6 months, they've been nearly impossible to find.

Nice amp!!  I just got one new amp today also, a 1965 Fender Champ.  Almost as loud as that Jub! :-P

congrats on the new amp! You should check out an amp from Rollins Guitar. They are pretty decent
