Quick survey...I just logged in and happened to notice myself and 40 guests on the forum. Occasionally, if I'm only online for a few minutes, I won't log on. Most the time I do. It just seemed odd to me the number of guests vs. registered users.
Do you typically log in or do you just lurk??
I'm always logged in. I even went ahead into the settings and set it to remember my password so I don't forget to log in.
I do both. I log in at least once a day but lurk throughout the day. If there's something that I want to respond to, I log in.
And, Bill S., you made me log in! LOL
i login in all the time . the only time i lurk is when i'm at the strip club then i lurk around for a while but once i'm there for about a hour i log in .........joe

joebeacon, thanks for the chuckle, but it's gonna take some time to eradicate that mental image from my mind! I may never view the word lurk the same way.
lol i'm sorry i killed the word lurk for you . but just think next time you are at a strip club or pass one you will think of me lurking around .....joe

My computer is also set to automatically log in. But there are times when i come to the forum and get called away from my computer, or forget that I have the forum open and forget to close it, making it look like I reading the forum for hours on end! There have been a couple of times when I have checked my email in the morning and realized that I was logged into the forum all night! Ooops!

This is too funny! I am so grateful when all goes well and my computer comes to this site, that I never gave any thought to "lurking". Other than Joe and the band, who cares if people know you're here? I mean, you ARE here...So what's the reason to be stalking, I mean, lurking? Is it a step in Bonamania rehab/detox? Cathy

I'm always automatically logged in.
I login, do my thing, and log out.
I also have my computer remember my password though - its so convenient!
