Topic: Checking in

Hey everyone - my name is Georgia Patterson, I'm 20 years old and I'm a rock guitar player from London, UK. I'm a songwriting student at the ICMP and am in the process of forming a brand new band called The Militia right now. Also, have a look on Youtube - I've got a bunch of vids of my playing up there which are constantly updated. My biggest influences as a player and performer would be the RHCP's John Frusciante, Eric Johnson, Joan Jett, Stevie Ray, Nuno Bettencourt, Tom Morello, Vernon Reid and of course first and foremost the fearsome JB. smile

jeez GP, some pretty good playing there, I'm impressed. Cliffs of Dover sounds right on target. Nice cross reference of influences, keep practicing and give us an update on the band as it progresses. Welcome to the forum.
