Topic: Introducing myself

On another thread I was asked to introduce myself.

I'm not a long-time or huge JB fan.  I don't know many of the songs.  I think I first heard about JB at a recent BB King concert (my fifth and final one - it is time for him to retire) when he was mentioning people he had played with recently.  Then I saw the PBS special and was blown away, and had to see more.  Shortly after that I went to a concert in Jacksonville.  Then I bought the Albert Hall CD, which is still the only one I have of his.  And two days ago I went to another JB concert in Savannah, review of it is in the reviews forum.

Added: I was criticized (again) for not telling enough about myself (I won't around here for long!).  I'm 57 and male.  I live in Brunswick, Georgia, as my profile says.  I'm married (for the second time) and have one child, still at home.  My wife doesn't go to concerts with me (except once).  I mostly go to concerts in Savannah and Jacksonville, each a little more than an hour's drive for me.  I have a large collection of CDs (900+, mostly classic rock and blues) and a dedicated music room with a high-quality stereo system.

It was Arlo Guthrie (in Atlanta, when we lived there).  It is probably the lowest volume concert I've been to, but she didn't like it because it was too loud!!!  (So I know not to try to get her to go to another one.)
