Re: witch stack to which head ??

Any head to any speaker cabinet. Some speakers will sound better with certain types of amplifiers and not so goodd with others. Just make sure you match the impedance of the cab with the head or you'll trash your tubes and/or transformers.

Re: witch stack to which head ??

I agree with wharris. Impedence is most important. I'm guessing that the amp is 20 watts so most any speaker will be safe.

Re: witch stack to which head ??

yup.... any guitar speakers work with any matching impedance amp. it doesnt matter what the speaker cab says.

Jensens, Celestions, EV, Eminence, etc. can all be installed into any speaker cab.

+1 on the impedence settings...

and never NEVER EVER use a guitar cable to connect a head to a speaker cabinet. it's like trying to put out a house fire with a Coke straw (instead of a hose) powered by a firetruck... and will ruin the amp.

Re: witch stack to which head ??

Only connect the head to the loudspeaker with a speaker cable.

Pedal cables are just shortened guitar cables, so don't use those either. by the way, a speaker cable plugged into your guitar won't even work... but a guitar cable in between your amp and your speaker is like trying to drink a milk shake through a coffee straw... you work too hard to get it through and ends up damaging your amp. If you've ever used a guitar cable in between an amp and the speaker, you should probably take it in and have it looked at to see how bad it has been damaged.

Speaker cables are made specifically for between the amp (or PA) and the speakers. I get ones that are visually thicker wire and have more meaty plugs than my guitar cable so I can see they are different than my guitar cables.

Guitar cables say 'instrument cable' printed on them, and speaker cables will say "speaker cable" printed right on the cable itself.... depending on the brand. But it's an easy way to check if there's both in a bag.
