Itll most likely be a couple of DSL100s cranked, boss reverb, dd-3 delay, tube screamer and maybe a pork loin overdrive
Kind of wondering what guitar though. It's a very VERY vocal tone. Almost Jeff Beck sounding.

+1 on the Way Huge Pork Loin overdrive - I saw in one of the many videos detailing Joe's rig that he said he liked to use the Pork Loin for that thicker, chunkier pick attack...which is definitely evident on 'Cold'. And of course, Joe's fingers are a big part of that tone.....
