Topic: More Bonamassa EPIs ?

As I was browsing the usual host of guitar sites yesterday, the main page on http://www.zzounds.com/ listed Epiphone Bonamassa Limited Edition Les Pauls for $699.00 with new gold shell case.

Thought this was wierd since they have long since sold out so I called them.....twice.

They said they are expecting a shipment (was supposed to be there a couple days ago) and that would be the last one.

Ran and got the CC and ordered one. Not sure if I will ever see it but they won't bill me until it ships. Not sure if it's true or not, time will tell. Just thougth I'd pass it along.

It will make a good companion to the Gibson Bonamassa Studio  cool

A guitar shop near me recently got in 1 or 2 more of them, so it seems some more were built anyway. I dont know about the gold case though.

So it seems they are available. Musician's Friend has them in stock and shipping and so does Guitar Center.

ZZounds still says they are getting another shipment but I cancelled my order with them and ordered one from Musician's Friend since they had them in stock.

Just got my tracking number.  big_smile

The case is the brown one with pink lining.

At the very least it's nice to think that the many broken neck guitars got production replaced.  If this is actually a second run, that would be amazing.  I bet they never expected for these to sell out so fast.  JB rising!
