My very good friend Christopher Price is opening for him at the Glasgow gig on the 11th of Novemeber. Chris is a new talenet, who has been writing songs for a while, and has only in the past few months been playing gigs, performing his material. He has literally (26th October) played a gig at the Troubador in London, too a very receptive crowd. Here's hoping to many more. You can find him here:

Certainly someone too watch, I hope. Please give him a like if you enjoy his music. Hopefully, as he is my good friend, I shall be posting a topic or two about him here, as an artist too watch. His influences are wide and varied, including: Marcus Bonfanti, Tom Waits, Jeff Buckley, B.B. King and Joe Bonamassa, too name a few. He's someone you have too listen too to enjoy. But please do, you won't be disappointed if you click like.

Otherwise, I'm looking forward to Bonfanti's first gig in Glasgow since opening for Philip Sayce on 11.11.2010. That was an epic gig on all counts, shame my review was deleted!

Hope plenty of folk get too see him on this tour!! He is an act you have to see to believe!

Fantastic show on Friday night, bought his exclusive tour e.p., well worth the five quid! My friend Chris played masterfully too! Go and see him if you can!

Well, Marcus Bonfanti's autumn tour came and went but what better way to see in the New Year than another show by the man himself.

On Friday a few of us (me, Maggie, Tricia, and Roger from the forum) went down to the Jazz Cafe in Camden for a fantastic evening of rockin' blues. I'm always impressed watching Marcus whether I've seen him as a solo support, with his band or playing all out rock with Saint Jude. But I've got to say that he and his band were something else on Friday. The show was top flight stuff.

I can always tell when a gig really grabs me 'cos I'm still re-living the evening a few days later. If Marcus Bonfanti comes your way in 2012 do yourself a favour and go and see him play. You won't be disappointed.

Hi chris, Marcus is playing at the panteg borough blues on sat 2nd june . We have seen Marcus a few times and he is excellent and well worth seeing www.boroughblues.com
