Topic: Joe's dark red guitar?? (sorry about the vague description)

Hi all, saw Joe playing an unknown dark red guitar for the encore of 'Bird On A Wire' at Cardiff on Tuesday 18th...anyone know what it is? It looks kind of a bit like John Mayer's dark red Rick Turner guitar, slightly Tele-ish in outline, single cutaway.....

Peace
James

Yes, similar shape...well it may have been the Gigolotti but I don't recall it being an exact Telecaster shape like the Gigolotti, and it didn't have the distinctive Gigolotti finish....

Actually looking at the Rick Turner stuff it wasn't as similar to the Model 1 as I thought....but it's still an unknown dark red Tele-ish guitar big_smile

If you search the youtube videos of that song (most recent recordings of it) he's using a dark red guitar that looks like a music man.  The body looks kinda like the older evh models..  Search the Amsterdam or Pittsburgh recordings, is that the guitar you're talking about? -Seth

Its a custom musicman.

Beleive I have seen him use it 3 or 4 times now.

Used it at Plymouth too.
