Signature mics?
Not likely. The audio gear of that type runs by obtuse number schemed model numbers, sometimes a funky name, but usually the brand itself reigns. Often something becomes totally associated with a certain artist's usage (picture the Bee Gees around a Neumann U-87...). An endorsement is just that. Usually it means mentioning a la NASCAR sponsorship what yo use, with "colorful" superlatives, as far as the artist. Do they mean it? Well they ARE using them, huh?
Manufacturers make mentions in trade publishing and other circles, much, much more likely, as THEY get to mention Joe Bonamassa being a satisfied ( and it shows
) customer and endorser! Whats not to love? Beyer has earned their great reputation. Joe and Warren love them. Easy as (a smiley
) pie!
