Topic: joe's Epi les paul

I'm asking because in the beginning of this year around Feb, i went to all the music stores in bakersfield, ca. to order one,  all but one said they were sold out, Rosedale music he said he had one coming in any day. I was so happy just can't wait, well its been 8 months now. to make a long story short, ask for my money back was told your not getting your money back and their is nothing you can do about it. man i'm really bummed out. wow no JB Epi Les Paul no money what to do?? mad

That's not good - It's not like a deposit on a custom build or anything.  You've paid money for goods, and if the vendor cannot deliver then he CANNOT keep your cash.

Is there a Better Business Bureau, or a Chamber of Commerce in your locality that you could approach about this?

Forget the BBB or the C of C.  A retailer who takes your money (especially an amount of this sort) and does not deliver merchandise has committed an offense (depending on where you live, it might be considered larceny by false promise, fraud, etc.). One phone call from an attorney friend should do the trick...and if it doesn't, that's what Small Claims Court is for...
