My signal chain:

Guitar > Wah > A/B/Y box > EQ pedal > Fuzz > blackstar overdrive > TS808 reissue > Marshall DSL401
                                       > Boss reverb > Boss delay > Boss chorus > VOXAD30VT

My Marshall is set for drive (with a touch of inbuilt reverb) while my VOX is ran totally clean with the effects (it might be worth mentioning that i have the compressor which is an inbuilt effect on full on my VOX)

I'm sure there are many better ways to do it but that's just my way and i think it sounds excellent and is relatively cheap compared to buying 2 half stacks then all the pedals .... and it is PLENTY LOUD ENOUGH - trust me.

How you set your pedals is up to you - i can't tell you what sounds best to you

Re: dual amp setup!!!!!!What do i need?

Well for starters, you'll need an effect pedal with 2 outputs or and A/B box.  A/B boxes have 1 or sometimes 2 inputs, and 2 or more outputs.  If you have an effect pedal with dual outputs, run each to a separate amp.  Same with the outputs on any A/B box.  And Obviously guitar to the input of the pedal or box.

Re: dual amp setup!!!!!!What do i need?

I just did this recently......awesome results:  RADIAL JBX2 AB/Y.  You can get used on e-bay for around $125-150.  No hum or tone loss, etc.  Option to run each amp individually or together.

I wish I did this sooner with my TR Jet and OTS.....loving it.  I just leave both amps on ad use AB/Y as my last pedal on board.   Lehle makes a quality unit also - after research my unit and Lehle got top reviews but PGS conact liked Radial a little more, glad I went with it.
