The new 20 watt head with Soldano based lead channel and FX loop. That has been on my radar for a while but haven't seen any in any store. Has anyone already played one? Reviews, please if you have.

Thats been out for quite a while, have you checked a GuitarCenter? I've heard very good things about the amp and Mike went to China to over see production of the circuit boards when they started up initially. He only put his name on good quality equipment.
Glad it is now coming with an FX loop. I haven't heard they revamped them until you posted this. Still have not played one, but I've heard nothing but good things about them.
They're not available (yet) here in Europe and I've just spent the summer in the USA and haven't seen one anywhere. I've been to the Guitar Center stores in Nashville and Orlando.
There are only a few clips on youtube and I'm not impressed with the recordiing quality of this one, especially when he puts the mic closer to the cab http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GgSwNT057Qo
This one sounds much better http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=elcgJwIaaVI but seems very much a one trick pony. Great tone, though, and I'm sure it cleans up nicely with the guitar's volume.
My two main concerns: I need to know how well the FX loop works. Apparently it only works properly with line level pedals. It does not seem to have an external bias pot, so you'd have to take the amp out of its headshell for a re-bias. (It's an EL84 amp but apparently not cathode-biased).
So anyone who gets to see one soon, please post your impressions.
I bought the JCA20H when they first came out and FWIW, a killer head for $300. You can't get down to a Fender clean but it still has lots of headroom at low gain. WIth the gain cranked, it gets pretty dirty. That 2 channel version with the FX loop looks pretty amazing! I also own the JCA100H amp (killer as well) - my main face melter!
I would just email Doug White and see if he could rush one over to your local retailer. support@jetcityamplification.com He has been pretty good about answering emails in my experience. Good luck and let us know how it goes!
